"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pizza Plus in Erwin absolutely knocked it out of the park! After everything our community has been through since Hurricane Helene, it was such a joy to walk into a restaurant that felt welcoming, clean, organized, and full of friendly faces. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Every employee we encountered greeted us with a smile and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Now let's talk about my favorite part—the salad bar! I am a serious salad bar fan, and Pizza Plus did not disappoint. The salad bar was one of the freshest and best-stocked I've seen in a long time. Everything was clean, organized, and continuously replenished. There was plenty of variety, and nothing looked picked over or neglected. It's clear the staff takes pride in keeping it looking great throughout the day. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the entire experience reminded me why local businesses are the heart of small towns. In a community that has faced challenges and rebuilding efforts, seeing a business operate with this level of care and customer service means a lot. If you're in Erwin and looking for great food, friendly people, and an outstanding salad bar, Pizza Plus is absolutely worth the visit. "I want to say thank you to the staff that worked this evening 04/27/26. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would! Pizza was hott, nice and fresh. They went above and beyond for us. As we fed 4 teenagers and 2 adults. The service was amazing she never let the drinks go empty and constantly checked if we needed anything. Thank you all for wonderful customer service."

"Waited over an hour inside on what was supposed to be chicken Alfredo finally the girl brings out two black bowls that looked unclean and it had a hand full of dried spaghetti noodles with a little bit of sauce and a few sprigs of broccoli started picking through it there was no chicken. My family and myself just got up paid the bill and left without eating. The pizza plus in Erwin has went to the dogs, used to love their pizza and Alfredo."
